Your account

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service with permission from your parent or legal guardian. Keep your account secure and only upload material you have permission to use.

Your creations

You retain your rights in your original drawings and ideas. You give us permission to process and store content to provide the features you request, including sending selected content to AI providers. AI outputs may be imperfect, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use. Check them before publishing, selling, manufacturing or printing. We do not promise exclusive rights, copyright protection, or print-ready geometry.

Credits and subscriptions

The proposed launch plans are Hajimete Plus at $9.99 per month with 60 credits, and a pack of 25 extra credits for $4.99. Purchases are available only when enabled in your checkout. Your checkout shows the applicable price, currency, taxes and renewal terms before payment.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancel through the payment service used for purchase before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; unused credits carry over and do not expire. Credits are for use within Hajimete and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the applicable app store's refund policies. Apple handles refund requests for Apple purchases. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

A failed generation returns its charged credits automatically. An output you dislike is not automatically a failed generation. The app shows the cost before generation; 2D images and 3D conversions are separate operations.

If a payment is refunded or disputed, AI generation may be paused while we review the associated credits. Saved creations remain accessible. Contact support to resolve a payment review.

Responsible use

Do not use Hajimete for unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or infringing content, or attempt to evade safeguards or access another person's account. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service or other users.

Availability and changes

AI and storage services may be interrupted. Save copies of important exports. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
