Privacy Policy

Information we process

Accounts store an email address, optional name, sign-in identifiers, password hash where applicable, session records and acceptance of our account terms. We also process credit balances, purchase references, generation history, prompts, uploaded drawings, imported images and generated assets. Requests may include an IP address used for security and rate limiting.

API and agent connections

Access keys are stored as hashes. Named keys grant access to your private image and model library and a credit spending allowance. You can revoke them in developer settings. Uploaded images are stored privately and may include file metadata; remove sensitive metadata before uploading. An image is shared with the 3D provider only when you request conversion.

Drawing, dictation and AI

Local iOS drawings stay on your device until you choose a cloud feature. When you generate an image, the selected drawing or written idea is sent to Google's Gemini service. When you request 3D conversion, the selected image is sent to Meshy. These providers process content to fulfill your request under their applicable terms. Avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts or artwork.

Dictation uses your device or browser's speech recognition service, which may process audio remotely. Permission is requested before microphone use. The resulting text becomes part of a prompt only when you submit it.

Service providers and payments

Cloudflare hosts the website, account database and cloud assets. Apple and Google provide optional sign-in. Stripe processes enabled web payments; Apple processes enabled in-app purchases. We store purchase references and credit records rather than full payment-card details. Transactional email may be sent through Resend. Website analytics and security services may process technical usage information.

Product feedback

If you send feedback, we store your selected topic, message and page so we can improve the product. Feedback is not published. Please leave out personal or sensitive information. Contact support to request removal. We also record basic first-party usage events, such as opening the studio or choosing a sharing action, with an anonymous browser identifier and campaign source; these events do not include your drawings or prompts.

Retention and your choices

Cloud creations remain associated with your account until deleted. Use the permanent-delete controls to remove a creation; deletion cannot be undone through the app. Account and transaction records may need to be retained for security, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations. AI providers have their own retention practices. You can sign out, revoke device permissions, and contact support to request access, correction or account deletion.

Age requirement

Hajimete accounts are for people aged 13 and up. We do not permit accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact support so we can investigate and remove the account and associated personal information as appropriate.

Changes

We update this policy as the service changes and identify the effective date above.
